The qualified applicant can expect to travel regularly for off-site projects and client meetings. This individual will also work closely with our leadership group to grow the business by developing client networks, scheduling meetings, and managing client outreach initiatives. The applicant should be able to demonstrate their use of the scientific method within the sports biomechanics research environment. The qualified individual should be able to manage a team of engineers in the design and execution of scientific experiments. These physical assessments can include Functional Movement Screens (FMS), flexibility/mobility assessments, athletic power & strength evaluations, athleticism tests, and injury-specific screens. A strong working knowledge of various physical evaluations would also be helpful. The qualified individual should also have a thorough background in the use of our technologies that include marker-based motion capture, IMU-based three-dimensional motion tracking, electromyography (EMG), ground pressure technology, high-speed video capture, and ball-flight tracking systems (i.e. The qualified individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business units that include team consultations, individual assessments, tryout consultations, prospect camps, and athlete programming across a multitude of sports.
